Agreement

Marketing Partner Agreement. By submitting this application, you agree to the following:

  1. Term. You commit to the term you select above (3-month minimum with setup fee, OR 12-month with no setup fee). Cancellation before term end is not permitted.
  2. Billing. Your monthly plan fee is charged automatically to the card on file via Stripe on the same day of each month, beginning the day your application is approved. If you selected the 3-month term, a one-time setup fee equal to one month's plan price is charged at the same moment of approval.
  3. Ad content. You warrant that assets you provide (logo, ad image, profile photo, tagline) are yours to use, are not misleading, and comply with fair-advertising standards. MORE, REALTORS reserves the right to decline or ask for edits to any asset that does not meet these standards.
  4. Category placement is non-exclusive. More than one partner may run in the same industry at the same time.
  5. Renewal & adjustment. At the end of your term, your subscription auto-renews on the same terms unless you notify us in writing. Plan features and pricing may be adjusted at renewal.
  6. Deliverables per tier. See MOREREALTORS.com/marketing-partner-plan. Marketing Partner tier receives full network access; Marketing Only ($249) receives directory + Home Resources listing + rotating side-banner + monthly report; Geeks CRM + Core Coaching + included event sponsorships are $2,500 mortgage tier only.
